Dixie MetalCraft Corporation can cut a wide range of materials on their WaterJet. Parts up to 6 feet by 12 feet and 6 inches thick can be cut here with NO heat-affected zones. Materials that can not be laser cut and would be too time consuming to machine are candidates for WaterJet cutting. WaterJets can reduce CNC machining time by cutting to near-net shape. The parts can then be fixtured for final machining. We welcome the opportunity to quote your specific requirements.

Dixie MetalCraft Corporation offers several assembly options. We can do light assembly such as adding threaded inserts to a sheet metal panel or installing an RFI Shield to a custom fabricated enclosure.

More complex assembly includes riveting close tolerance roll formed parts to NAS standards.  Final assemblies of these parts have to meet  stringent aerospace tolerances.
