Dixie MetalCraft Corporation has extensive CNC machining capability. Typical materials include steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, plastic and phenolic. Machines can accommodate parts up to 4 feet by 8 feet.  Close tolerances can be held on a variety of materials and configurations. Parts can be programmed from customer supplied drawings, mylars, .DXF files or reverse engineered from actual parts or fixtures. We have eight different CNC controlled machining centers for milling work.
